Katie Price has publicly addressed her whirlwind marriage to Lee Andrews, dismissing widespread concerns about her new husband by firmly stating: "I'm not stupid, I know what I'm doing." The former glamour model, 47, shocked fans last month when she revealed she had tied the knot for the fourth time with the so-called businessman in Dubai.
Mounting Concerns and Public Warnings
Her new marriage has sparked significant concern from loved ones and the public, as Lee Andrews' facade has reportedly crumbled amidst numerous allegations. These include accusations of using artificial intelligence, appearing on an escort website, and having a colourful history with women. Several of his ex-partners have made bombshell accusations against him, issuing public warnings to Katie Price, urging her to "run for the hills" for her own safety and wellbeing.
Katie Price's Defiant Response
However, the mother-of-five continued to defend her husband on Sunday, addressing the romance for the first time in her latest YouTube video. While packing her bags to visit Lee in Dubai for the weekend, she stated she was "not a young kid" and emphasized that she "will do what I want to do." She began: "I'm going back to Dubai, obviously going back to see Lee. I've made no comments about anything, I don't feel I need to make comments about anything."
Katie Price elaborated further, saying: "I'm fully aware like everyone else, I see stuff, I get sent stuff. What I want everyone to know is, I'm a grown a**e woman. I'm 48 this year, I'm not a young kid. I've learned a lot in the past few years, through therapy and learning to love myself. So I'm not stupid, I know what I'm doing and if I'm happy that's all that matters."
Doubling Down on Her Happiness
She continued to double down on her position, insisting: "At the end of the day, no one knows what I know. It's only been speculated by the press. I am very happy and that's all that matters. That happy that I'm going back to Dubai for the weekend. So I can't wait." Addressing her fans who had expressed concerns, she reiterated: "If there's anything to update you on, I would always update you all. But I just want people to not worry. I'm not worried, so you don't need to worry about anything. Like I say, I will do what I want to do."
The reality star then proudly showed off her huge diamond engagement ring and matching wedding band, raving: "My beautiful rings, they are stunning! I love them. The man did good." Filling two suitcases with made-to-measure bikinis, Victoria's Secret lingerie, expensive perfumes, skincare products, and designer heels, she added: "I need to get away, my phone hasn't stopped blowing up about everything. I'm like 'just get me away'."
Lee Andrews' Controversial Background
This comes after Katie Price leapt to the defence of Lee Andrews following mounting claims about him, sharing a defiant message on Instagram on Wednesday. She reposted a quote to her 2.7 million followers that read: "I promise, if you saw the way he treats me in private, you'd understand why I'm wildly addicted to him." In another story, she reposted: "Sorry to anyone who thought they were next, he's not going anywhereee that's my husband byeee."
Allegations from Ex-Partners
Lee Andrews' ex, Alana Percival, who he proposed to in exactly the same way he did to Katie Price just weeks earlier, has made a series of explosive allegations against him. These include alluding to him advertising on an escort website. Meanwhile, another ex-partner, Crystal Janke, has claimed Lee hoodwinked her into handing over £123,000 to invest in his company, promising a "return of £1 million" that never materialized.
Legal Issues and Travel Ban Claims
The Daily Mail previously revealed that Lee Andrews has been banned from leaving Dubai after spending three weeks locked up in a UAE jail for allegedly forging his ex-girlfriend's signature. Insiders told the publication that Lee allegedly applied for a £200,000 mortgage on behalf of personal trainer partner Dina Taji without her knowledge last year. Dina discovered this after receiving a phone call from the mortgage company, leading her to file a legal case against him.
According to Dubai law, individuals pending criminal investigations, including unpaid debts or civil lawsuits, are not legally allowed to leave the country. The woman reported Lee Andrews to the authorities in Dubai, who investigated her claim. However, Lee Andrews denied he was banned from leaving Dubai and on Tuesday claimed he and his wife are going on a honeymoon in a few days.
Escort Website Allegations
Last week, the Daily Mail learned that Lee Andrews advertises online in Dubai as a "sexy educated professional from GB," charging a minimum of £940 per hour to visit "discerning professional women and high-level clients seeking more than just companionship." The 43-year-old's profile on the site "Massage Republic," where he goes by the name "Noah," reads: "With a commanding presence and an effortless charm, I navigate the social elite with grace, ensuring that every encounter is tailored to your desires."
Lee Andrews denied that the profile was his in a series of rambling voice notes sent to the Daily Mail, insisting it was a "vicious attack" and had nothing to do with him. He posted a video showing a screenshot from the MOI UAE App on the "travel bans" option, which read: "No travel bans." He said: "There's no travel ban, directly from the police UAE application, and it's my profile, so you can check those statuses, fines related to traffic, and also if you're allowed to travel, so allow me to share that. It's not fabricated."
Family Concerns and Ongoing Drama
Meanwhile, Katie Price's family are said to be "concerned" about her relationship with Lee Andrews, but she "isn't listening" to them. A source told The Sun: "They do not want her to go back to Dubai but she has confirmed that she is leaving today. Katie doesn't want to be away from Lee over Valentine's Day and said they are planning a honeymoon. Her family have read reports about Lee and are so concerned about Katie's welfare."
Despite the swirling controversy and multiple warnings, Katie Price remains steadfast in her defence of her new husband and her marriage, maintaining that her happiness is paramount and that she is fully aware of her decisions as an adult woman.
