Katherine Ryan has disclosed that she once had a secret romantic fling with a fellow celebrity. The 42-year-old comedian made the revelation during an appearance on Jamie Laing's Great Company podcast on Wednesday, 1 October.
Ryan explained that while she has not dated anyone famous in a traditional sense, she did have a brief relationship with a “famous hot guy”. She noted that he was not yet famous at the time, but she recognised his appeal. “Everyone else has been pretty ugly,” she added.
The comedian was adamant that she could not reveal the identity of the celebrity, stating that she must be “discreet” about the encounter “if I want to do it again”.
Ryan, who shares two children with partner Bobby Kootstra, described Kootstra as “good looking but not her type”.
