Jennifer Lawrence confirms boob job, wants to be 'sexy mom'

Jennifer Lawrence has confirmed she has had a boob job, saying she wants to "be a sexy mom." The 36-year-old Hunger Games star also said she plans to get a facelift in the future.

The actress said she felt her body "didn't bounce back" after the birth of her second child last year. She welcomed a baby boy with husband Cooke Maroney last April, and they are also parents to four-year-old son Cy.

Why she had the procedure

Jennifer confirmed the boob job in a new interview with The Cut. She said: "I want to be a sexy mom." She added: "At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her s*** together even when I've just woken up and don't have my s*** together."

Jennifer got the boob job before filming Martin Scorsese's What Happens at Night, where she was required to strip off. The Oscar winner said the thought of shooting a naked scene prompted her to have the operation. Asked if she would have had the procedure without the scene, she said: "Maybe I wouldn't be hustling to the appointment in the same way, but I think yes."

Plans for a facelift

Jennifer first opened up about wanting cosmetic surgery in October last year. She told The New Yorker: "Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one. Second one, nothing bounced back."

The actress also plans to get a facelift. Asked if she had had one, she told the outlet: "No, but believe me, I'm gonna."

Botox and fillers

Jennifer has also revealed she gets "baby Botox." She told Vogue she isn't going to get "very much done" to her face, explaining: "I need to have movement in my face. I get baby Botox, but I can't do a lot."

She doesn't get fillers because "they show on camera" and only gets Botox sparingly because she needs to be able to portray characters who "don't have access to celebrity dermatology."

Jennifer is set to reprise her role as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. She is also appearing alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in the horror film What Happens at Night.
