Coronation Street star Jack P. Shepherd and his wife Hanni Treweek have announced the birth of their baby daughter, Constance Ita Shepherd. The actor, known for playing David Platt on the ITV soap, shared the heartwarming news on social media with a photo of the three holding hands, captioned: 'Constance Ita Shepherd. Our beautiful baby girl has arrived, born peacefully at home, surrounded by love. 26.6.26.'

Jack and Hanni's Relationship
Jack and Hanni first met in 2017 behind the scenes on Coronation Street, but only got chatting at a mutual friend's wedding. Jack proposed during a trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar, and they tied the knot at Manchester Cathedral last year. Jack previously described Hanni as his 'soulmate' in an interview with OK! magazine. He said: 'We met at Corrie but we only really knew each other to say hello to at work. Then our mutual friends got married and we were both guests at the wedding. We got chatting. I made Hanni laugh. We had a couple of drinks and we flirted. That was it.' Jack was previously in a relationship with childhood sweetheart Lauren Shippey, with whom he shares two children, Reuben and Nyla.
Waxwork Unveiling
In 2022, Jack and Hanni spoke to the ECHO in an exclusive interview at Madame Tussaud's Blackpool when a waxwork figure of Jack was unveiled. Jack was 'blown away' by the accuracy, joking: 'My mum said they've got your lazy eye down to a tee. It's the eyes, I don't like looking at the eyes so much because they're so real. It's like you are looking back at yourself. It's weird.' The project had been kept under wraps for over a year, and Jack revealed he shares similarities with two showbiz icons: 'When I went down and they were matching hair and eyes. They said, you've got the same hair as Leonardo Di Caprio, which you'll take that. And you've also got the same eyes as Justin Bieber.' Hanni added: 'I love Hailey Bieber's fashion and I can't say anything bad about Leonardo DiCaprio's hair. It was amazing. I'd seen the rough stages and the photos but the waxwork was so realistic. It's incredible and I'm so proud of Jack.'
