Now it appears that their closeness on set has led to love off-camera. Brook, 22, and Chloe, 20, have become Instagram official, with the duo sharing sweet snaps together since March. While the length of time together is unknown, the duo have recently been seen enjoying a mini-golf date. Sharing the uploads of their date, Chloe showed the loved-up stars beaming for a selfie.

In the comments, Brook gushed: "You're lucky you’re a hottie coz you’re s*** at golf." Fans of the pair appeared stunned at their newfound romance. One user commented: "Omf they’re dating awww." Another was equally as surprised and said: "Hard launch."

Joining the Soap

The duo joined the Hollyoaks set in October as the soap marked its 30th anniversary. Leo Cole, Brook Debio, and Chloe Atkinson took over the roles of Tony (Nick Pickard) and Diane Hutchinson's children Ro, Ant, and Dee Dee Hutchinson. They first appeared on screen as they attended their parents' wedding. Aubrey Burgess continued her role as Tony and Diane’s youngest daughter, Eva Hutchinson.

At the time, Chloe said of her new role: "I am so excited and grateful to be joining the cast of Hollyoaks as Dee Dee Hutchinson. My time here so far has been truly amazing, and I cannot wait to continue the journey. The rest of the cast has welcomed me with open arms. I couldn't finish this message without mentioning Lacey Findlow and how lucky I feel to show you a different side to the character she brought to life and played so incredibly well."

Brook echoed the comments and said: "It's been so exciting joining the cast of Hollyoaks as Ant Hutchinson. It's a real privilege to be part of a well-established and welcoming family. Filming has been a blast- especially with some of the intense scenes we’ve been shooting. I'm really grateful to have been trusted with such an important storyline."

Previous Roles and Fan Reaction

Brook had previously appeared in a special episode of Coronation Street, starring as a young Kit Green on screens last year. While the trio were loving their time on set, their casting did provide a slight backlash from fans. Fans recently called out Charlotte's character's "personality transplant." Hollyoaks bosses planned the change in order to take the character of Leah down a different route. On the backlash, Charlotte sympathised as she told the Mirror: "There is definitely pressure. I obviously understand it because when you watch your favourite show, and they recast someone, you're like, it's not her! I would be the exact same honestly. People don't like change, myself included, but I think that's why people need to get comfortable with change in that life changes people. People grow and that's what they wanted to do with Leah, take her down a different route. She's been in LA, she's been studying, and she's changed as a person. She's had these American influences, and her style's changed."
