Holly Willoughby, 45, offered her followers a glimpse into her wellness weekend on Instagram on Wednesday. The presenter traveled to the Truleigh Centre in West Sussex with her oldest friends to reconnect with nature.
Activities at the Truleigh Centre
Holly participated in various activities, including a 'magical' sound bath, cuddling lambs, and making a sage smoke stick. Sound baths are guided relaxation sessions using ambient vibrations to shift the nervous system from fight or flight mode. Holly explained that the sage would help 'unleash spring energy' as she crafted a bundle from dried herbs, used in spiritual rituals to cleanse negative energy.
The TV star, stylish in jeans and a leather jacket, wrote: 'May always seems to be the peak moment when the world springs back to life. Yesterday I joined some of my oldest friends at the @truleigh_centre where we marked this beautiful occasion together, drinking cacao, cuddling lambs and collecting sage to make sage smoke sticks. Once dry they can be used all year around to unleash some of that spring-time energy whenever needed. Finally Emma took us far away with a magical sound bath. Honestly? It’s exactly the kind of afternoon WYLDE MOON was made for. Reconnect, realign. Discover your WYLDE.'
Fans responded positively, with comments like 'One word idyllic' and 'You genuinely seem SO much happier, brighter & relaxed now @hollywilloughby and it’s SO lovely to see. Bless you.'
New Project Tease
On Monday, Holly teased an exciting new project on Instagram, signaling a career comeback. The former This Morning host shared selfies cycling on a Lime Bike in London, revealing she had attended a 'brilliant meeting' about a 'really exciting' new project. She wrote: 'Found a patch of sun in between the rain… good old London weather! Just had a brilliant meeting about a project I’m really excited about… things are happening at quite the pace! Can’t wait to bring it to life and share it with you.'
Holly has been increasingly active on social media, sharing holiday snaps and wardrobe glimpses. According to The Daily Mail's Katie Hind, Holly plans to move from traditional TV to digital, working on a new online project where she will both produce and present her own show.
