Holly Willoughby's Sweet 19th Anniversary Message to Dan Baldwin
Holly Willoughby's Sweet 19th Anniversary Message

Holly Willoughby has marked her 19th wedding anniversary with a tender social media post dedicated to her husband, TV producer Dan Baldwin.

The 45-year-old presenter took to Instagram on Tuesday night, sharing a photo of herself kissing Baldwin, 51, on the cheek. The accompanying caption read: "Happy anniversary darlin… I love you… always."

A Love Story That Began on a Children's Show

The couple first met in 2004 while working together on the children's television programme Ministry of Mayhem, where Willoughby was a presenter and Baldwin a producer. They married three years later in 2007 and have three children: Harry, 17, Belle, 15, and Chester, 11.

A source previously commented: "Together, Dan and Holly make a smashing pairing. They have the whole industry covered between them."

Recent Challenges and Triumphs

Last year, it was reported that Baldwin's production company has been thriving, which sources said has eased pressure on Willoughby following a difficult period. An industry insider told Mail Online at the time: "It is the deal of the year. Dan pulled it off. It’s lovely, actually, as it means the pressure is off Holly to wait for the right job to come up... She has been to hell and back in the past two years. It has been awful for her."

The insider was likely referring to Willoughby's stalking ordeal, which saw former security guard Gavin Plumb jailed for life in July last year for plotting to kidnap and murder her. The court heard the scheme would be "life-changing for the victim.. both in private and personal terms".

Her long-running role as host of This Morning also came to an abrupt end in 2023, following a fallout with former co-presenter Phillip Schofield over his brother Timothy's sex offences trial.

New Ventures

In recent weeks, Willoughby launched her own YouTube show, which has received mixed reviews. The debut episode featured a 50-minute cooking segment with actor Stanley Tucci. In the first five hours after posting, it garnered 8,000 views – a far cry from the millions who once watched her on ITV in the mornings.

Comments were varied, with some praise but also criticism, including comparisons to Meghan Markle's Netflix cookery series. A Mirror review questioned the decision to make the episode 50 minutes long when the focus was on a simple pasta dish – a sentiment echoed by many viewers.
