Georgia Toffolo, the former I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! winner, has shared an emotional update on her pregnancy struggles with fans. The 31-year-old married BrewDog founder James Watt, 44, in March 2025 and the couple have been trying to start a family for eight months.
Toff's Candid Revelation
In a video posted to her social media channels on Sunday evening, Toff explained that she had previously told fans they had been trying for five months without success. Now entering month eight, she admitted, 'still nothing.' She described carrying a 'huge weight of shame and embarrassment' before speaking openly, which she said 'evaporated' after sharing her story.
Toff expressed surprise at the difficulty, saying: 'I had this belief that because James and I are super healthy, we're both ridiculous high achievers when it comes to our health. I thought it would just be easy and it really hasn't been for us.'
Stress and Anxiety Concerns
She cited 'stress and anxiety' as a potential factor, stating: 'There one huge question mark still about my health which is my stress and anxiety and I do wonder whether that is playing a part.' Despite the challenges, she reassured fans: 'Please don't tiptoe around me, I am not sensitive about this at all.'
Toff gushed over her husband, reflecting on their journey: 'James and I talk about this a lot. I wonder whether every person has a finite amount of good luck and bad luck in their life and whether I've just had the most wonderful run of good luck. Like the way I met my husband, maybe I used up all of my luck there.'
Next Steps: Fertility Specialist
Toff confirmed that while all standard checks show both are 'super healthy and great,' they plan to see a more in-depth fertility specialist. 'Every check we've done says we're both super healthy and great. Everything looks textbook which in a strange way makes it more confusing but we're going to go and see a more in-depth fertility specialist just to see if there's anything that's been missed,' she said.
She acknowledged the emotional toll: 'I swing between being completely beside myself and then landing somewhere that's a bit more tolerable.' Fans have flooded her with support, with one commenting: 'Bless you .. sending big prayers that you get your blessing.' Another wrote: 'What a wonderful (& very brave) post to put out there, you are helping people as well as yourself.'
