Former TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou has proudly displayed her remarkable three stone weight loss journey following the birth of her daughter Gigi, sharing a revealing Instagram video that highlighted her newly toned abdominal muscles. The 34-year-old reality television personality, who has previously faced unfounded accusations regarding the use of weight loss injections, took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday to showcase her firm stomach while enthusiastically praising the skincare product Bio-Oil for its role in diminishing her stretch marks.
Celebrating Post-Pregnancy Transformation
Georgia Kousoulou, who welcomed her daughter Gigi with husband Tommy Mallet in 2024 after undergoing IVF treatment—a year after tragically suffering a miscarriage—appeared in a crop top that accentuated her slimmed-down physique. In the candid video, the mother-of-two, who also has a four-year-old son named Brody, held up a bottle of Bio-Oil and explained its transformative effects on her skin.
Detailed Skincare Routine and Results
"I started using it on the boobs, the scars, then I began applying it to my belly," Georgia recounted. "Tommy even remarked, 'Oh my god, your belly is so firm now!' Considering I had Brody, then lost weight, underwent IVF, stretched my belly back and forth, had Gigi, and then shed three stone, it's been quite a journey. I do train extensively, obviously Pilates, but I had so many stretch marks and loose skin."
Turning to directly show her stomach to the camera, she added emphatically, "I need to show you—I feel like the skin is so much firmer. I obviously still have stretch marks, but their appearance has faded, and my skin is tighter. You don't just achieve that from Pilates alone!"
Addressing Weight Loss Speculation
This public revelation follows Georgia's recent efforts to shut down persistent speculation that she relied on weight-loss injections to achieve her slimmer figure. Back in July, the star directly addressed these claims in a social media comment, outlining her rigorous fitness regimen and dietary discipline.
Clarifying Her Fitness Journey
"Oh the comments," Georgia wrote with evident amusement. "People hate to see success because they can't imagine putting in the hard work themselves. I've lost three stone in eight months, averaging a maximum of about one and a half to two pounds per week. That isn't a jab—that's HARD HARD exercise, full control, and determination. Plus, having a wedding provided extra motivation!"
She further clarified, "I have nothing against the jab at all. Of course, it crossed my mind, but I decided to try this natural approach first because I've done it countless times before."
Health Challenges and Implant Removal
In a separate health development, Georgia Kousoulou recently disclosed that she is scheduled to have her breast implants removed after a medical examination revealed that one had ruptured. Speaking on Paul C Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast, she explained that she visited a doctor after discovering a lump, which thankfully turned out to be benign.
Medical Discovery and Decision
"The doctor said, 'Okay, the lump is nothing to worry about,'" Georgia recalled. "I was relieved, but then he scanned the other breast and pointed out, 'Can you see that?' The implant had ruptured. He explained, 'They're not supposed to be like that. You need to get them out.' Fortunately, the silicone hadn't migrated to lymph nodes, but he stressed the urgency of removal to prevent potential leakage."
After consulting with a recommended surgeon in London, Georgia was advised that the implants needed immediate attention. "He asked, 'How are you not in pain?' I admitted I'd been busy with a baby, IVF, and marriage over the past two years, so I'd ignored some discomfort. He insisted, 'You can't do that—you need to get them out.' So, I'm now proceeding with the removal."
Reflections on Surgery and Body Positivity
Georgia emphasized that while surgery is a personal choice, she advocates for regular medical checks for anyone with implants. "Surgery is up to everyone. If it makes you feel good about yourself and is done safely with a reputable doctor, why not? It's your life," she stated. "However, if you have implants, you must get them scanned regularly because you can't tell if they've ruptured otherwise. I would have never known mine had broken without that scan—thank goodness I did it."
Concluding her Instagram video with a message of self-acceptance, Georgia added, "Obviously, my skin isn't perfect now, but I've got two beautiful babies, undergone two c-sections, and have many stories to tell. You've got to celebrate the wins when you have them."
