Gaz Beadle celebrates grandad's 95th at Northumberland pub

Gaz Beadle, known for his role in Geordie Shore, celebrated his granddad's 95th birthday at a country pub in Northumberland over the weekend. The 38-year-old, who is originally from the area, visited The Falcon in Prudhoe with his family to mark the milestone for his grandad Raymond.

A Family Celebration at The Falcon

The Falcon posted on Facebook about the visit, expressing surprise and gratitude. The pub wrote: "We genuinely still can’t believe we’re writing this… Gaz Beadle and his family chose The Falcon Prudhoe to celebrate his grandad’s incredible 95th birthday! YES… you read that right. This actually happened. They dined with us today and we are absolutely overwhelmed and incredibly grateful that they chose The Falcon to be part of such a special family celebration."

In a further message, The Falcon added: "To Gaz and all the family — THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for trusting us with such a special occasion. We honestly feel so lucky and privileged to have shared even a tiny part of your grandad’s 95th birthday celebrations. It’s moments like this that make everything we’ve put into The Falcon feel so worthwhile. 95 years deserves a celebration to remember… and we’re so grateful you chose us to be part of it."

From Geordie Shore to Family Life

Geordie Shore first aired on MTV more than 15 years ago, with the Newcastle-based show bringing fame to Gaz and co-stars such as Vicky Pattison, James Tindale and Charlotte Crosby. Gaz was part of the show from its beginning and stayed until 2017, when he left as he prepared to become a father for the first time.

Gaz is now a dad of three, with his new girlfriend Maia Ellen giving birth to the couple's first child, a baby girl, in September. Raymond also appeared on Geordie Shore on several occasions, offering advice to Gaz, and later starred alongside him in the MTV series Spring Break With Grandad.
