Ellie Goulding has sent fans into a frenzy with a steamy new selfie. The 27-year-old singer shared a captionless snap on Instagram, showcasing her cleavage in a lacy top, with her hair falling loosely and lips slightly parted.
The 'Burn' star, who is dating McFly bassist Dougie Poynter, has been praised for her toned physique. She previously told Style magazine that her motivation to exercise has always been about health, not size. 'I don't exercise to be thin. For me, the appeal has always been to be really fit and strong,' she said, adding that she finds powerful legs and a bigger bum from squats 'so sexy'.
Goulding also revealed her past struggles with severe panic attacks and confidence issues. She explained that she would cover her face with a pillow in the car and couldn't shop or see people due to triggers. 'I never wanted people to see me as weak,' she admitted.
The singer sought help through cognitive behavioural therapy and medication, including Diazepam in small doses. She said the attacks slowly stopped and she is now through it.
