Disgraced musician Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a new sexual assault lawsuit from a former male child actor who alleges he was assaulted by the rapper when he was a minor.
Details of the Allegations
In a court filing under the pseudonym John Doe, the man claims he was a working child actor invited to a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in 2007. Diddy, 56, allegedly asked to speak privately about career opportunities. During the meeting, Diddy is accused of rubbing the man's body and performing a sex act on him while also pleasuring himself.
The man reportedly told Diddy he felt uncomfortable, but the alleged act continued. Afterward, Diddy reportedly said he would keep the man in mind for opportunities before leaving the room. The claimant left the event shortly after.
Response from Diddy's Team
A spokesperson for Combs told the Mirror: 'The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He's just another hater in a long line of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.'
Legal Context
The new lawsuit in Los Angeles follows Diddy's federal conviction on two counts of transportation for prostitution, though he was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. In October 2024, he was sentenced to four years in prison, with credit for time served, and five years of supervised release. He is currently at FCI Fort Dix and expected to be released in February 2028.
Diddy is participating in the Residential Drug Abuse Program, according to his representative. Before sentencing, he wrote a letter to the judge saying: 'I literally lost my mind... My downfall was rooted in my selfishness. I have been humbled and broken to my core.' In December 2024, his legal team sought release, arguing the judge considered acquitted conduct in sentencing.
