Dermot O'Leary Reveals Fitness and Skincare Secrets in New Interview

Dermot O'Leary, the well-known television presenter, has opened up about his fitness routine and skincare regimen in a recent interview. The 40-something star, who is known for his work on shows like 'Big Brother' and 'The X Factor', shared insights into how he maintains his toned physique and youthful appearance.

O'Leary revealed that he trains a couple of times a week, goes for runs, plays football weekly, and is planning to start Pilates. He described his feet as 'blue collar' due to years of sports and exercise. He also visits a chiropodist, whom he affectionately calls 'Katherine Footwoman', for foot care that he says leaves him feeling like he's 'walking on air'.

When it comes to skincare, O'Leary emphasised its importance as he gets older. He uses a scrub in the morning, applies serum twice a day—which he calls 'God's juice'—followed by moisturiser and eye gel. His preferred brands are Kiehl's, Elemis, and Clinique. He also noted that his hair is low-maintenance, thanks to his thick 'O'Leary hair', and he gets it cut every couple of weeks.

O'Leary also touched on his fashion habits, admitting that he loves clothes and the ritual of getting ready, but often ends up rushing and wearing something that suits him. He recalled that his producer on 'Big Brother' could always tell when he had a hangover because he would come to work in a suit, which he only wore when he needed to 'up his game'.
