Davina McCall, 58, looked radiant as she posed in a bikini on holiday with her husband, celebrity hairstylist Michael Douglas, after being given the all-clear from two cancer diagnoses. The television presenter shared a photo on Instagram showing the couple beaming after a day on the beach, with McCall sporting washboard abs.
Difficult Year with Two Cancer Diagnoses
McCall was diagnosed with a rare, benign brain tumour in 2024 and breast cancer in late 2025. Despite the health challenges, she married Douglas in December 2025 and continued her TV work and podcast, Making The Cut. Now, after receiving the all-clear, she is enjoying a well-deserved break.
In her Instagram caption, McCall wrote: "Oh my god . Time off . Together . Best ever . Calm. Safe. Happy . Thank you @mdlondon."

McCall's Fitness Journey
McCall is known for her fitness content, offering at-home workouts, HIIT routines, and strength training on her YouTube channel. However, she revealed at a women's health summit that she only exercised occasionally before having children. After her second baby, she said: "I remember thinking, 'Oh my God, I am definitely not bouncing back here.' But after I’d had my second baby, I got fit for me… It’s not to get bikini-body ready, it’s for my own kind of sanity."
She added that fitness improved her mental health: "And that had benefits outside as well. I looked better, but it was more about how it made me feel up here."
