Coronation Street actress Tina O'Brien has dazzled her followers with a series of holiday snaps, including a bikini photo, as she enjoys a sun-soaked getaway with her co-star Alison King and Alison's daughter.

Taking to Instagram, Tina shared images from the trip, one showing the two actresses smiling with Alison's daughter against a picturesque harbour backdrop. Another showed Tina, 42, posing in a blue striped bikini with oversized Ray-Ban sunglasses on the beachfront. She later posed in a tiny yellow dress before the crystal-clear ocean.
The upload has been liked over 20,000 times and attracted comments from fellow Corrie stars. Nikki Sanderson wrote: "Bopper you look gorgeous." Lucy Fallon, who plays Tina's on-screen daughter, commented with heart-eye emojis. Sue Cleaver said: "I know where you guys are!!! Enjoy xx." Olivia Brown gushed: "Ahh, gorgeous." One fan commented: "You all look stunning," while another said: "Lush backdrop and u all look radiant."
Upcoming storyline
The holiday comes as Tina prepares for a major new storyline. Her character Sarah remains in prison for the murder of Theo Silberton, but will soon encounter another prisoner who gives her evil looks. Sarah's daughter Bethany visits and is horrified to see bruises on her mother's face, but Sarah tries to change the subject.
When Kit visits, Sarah tells him she loves him but needs to end their relationship to avoid dragging his career down. Her brother David later learns she has split from Kit.
Sarah previously confessed to killing Theo, claiming self-defence. The character, played by Tina since 1999, beat the scaffolder over the head and sent him falling from a roof after he made derogatory remarks. Theo had also abused Sarah's best friend Todd Grimshaw. On the night, Sarah called ex-boyfriend Gary for help before being knocked out by Jodie Ramsey. Kit has tried to pin the blame on Gary, but Sarah remains in prison charged with murder.
