In the caption, Madeley addressed a question she received about being excited to get back in shape after pregnancy. She wrote that she is indeed excited to rehabilitate her body postnatally, focusing on her core, pelvic floor, and glutes, but emphasised that this does not mean she does not love her pregnant body.
She explained that she works in the fitness industry and has been passionate about it for over a decade. She noted that having body goals is often misinterpreted as self-hatred, and expressed frustration that women are discouraged from having physique goals.
