Brooklyn Beckham: 'I don't care' in Nicola Peltz tribute

Brooklyn Beckham has told his fans he does not care after sharing a tribute to his wife Nicola Peltz on social media. The couple have been in the headlines in recent months following the 27-year-old's major fallout with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. The chef married Nicola, 31, in Florida in 2022.

Fallout with family

In January, Brooklyn took to Instagram with an explosive statement addressing his relationship with the rest of his family after months of rumours that they are in a feud. The post saw him claim his parents, who he said controlled narratives, tried to ruin his relationship with Nicola. He also said he does not want to reconcile with his family.

One portion of Brooklyn's post that gained attention saw him allege that Victoria danced very inappropriately after hijacking his first dance with Nicola. He said: "In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead."

"She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."

Anniversary tribute

Since then, Brooklyn has been missing from a number of his family's meet-ups, including when his dad David was knighted. Last month he and Nicola skipped Victoria's Paris Fashion Week Show, despite being in the French capital.

On Friday, October 30, Brooklyn shared pictures of his wife on what marked seven years since they began dating. Nicola is the daughter of American billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz. He captioned his post: "My beautiful Nicola, you mean absolutely everything to me. You're my whole world, my best friend, and the most important person in my life."

"I'm so lucky I get to love you and spend forever by your side. I love you more than words could ever explain."

Social media response

Nicola replied in the comments section of the post: "I more than love you!! my forever and ever!!" Meanwhile, Brooklyn shared a separate post of Nicola looking shocked on his Instagram story, which came with what appeared as an acknowledgement of the scrutiny they face on social media.

"Yes I am obsessed with my wife bring on the comments I don't care she's perfect," Brooklyn wrote, along with emojis of a red heart and a hand giving the middle finger. Over on Nicola's own Instagram page, she shared a series of sweet snaps of her and Brooklyn from over the years. She wrote: "Happy anniversary my love, my best friend, my everything."

"I can't believe it's been 7 years by your side, I wouldn't wish for it any other way. I love you with my entire soul. I adore your love letters and morning coffees with our puppies please never change. I fall harder for you everyday."
