Love Island Star Belle Hassan's Dad Fumed Over Her Villa Challenge
Belle Hassan's Dad Fumed Over Love Island Challenge

Love Island star Belle Hassan has revealed that her famous father, Tamer Hassan, was left "fuming" after watching one of her most outrageous villa challenges. Speaking at SHEIN's VIP event at O Beach Ibiza, Belle admitted there are some moments from the show that "no father should ever have to see."

The Infamous Heart Rate Challenge

Belle opened up about the scenes that still get brought up at home with her dad, the Football Factory star, particularly the heart rate challenge. She said: "I think this heart rate challenge... he wasn't a massive fan of it. I was in a dominatrix bunny outfit. He didn't love this one. Update… he hated it. He also hated the champagne being passed in my mouth. Dads should never have to see that. So dad, I'm sorry."

The 28-year-old joked that while her dad's reaction sounded dramatic, it came from a place of concern rather than judgement. She insisted he could tell when she was finding things tough in the villa. "I think he was more worried about me," she explained. "I think he could see I was struggling this time around. He knows me better than anyone. I went in in a good way, but I hated the arguments. I'm all up for confrontation, but it doesn't mean I like it."

A Close Bond

Despite the awkward family viewing, Belle was quick to stress how close they remain, describing their bond as unusually strong for a reality TV star and her parent. "We're like best friends," she added. "A lot of people don't really see our relationship, but we're a great duo. I'd definitely be up for doing telly with him one day."

Her candid comments came as she attended the SHEIN fashion bash in Ibiza, where she mingled with fellow influencers and reality stars while reflecting on life after the villa.

Life After Love Island All Stars

The appearance also followed renewed attention around her Love Island All Stars storyline and her split from fellow Islander Harrison Solomon. Belle recently addressed their breakup at the same SHEIN event, insisting there was "no bad blood" between them despite speculation and Harrison's recent online comments about their relationship.

At the time, she hinted she wasn't interested in airing private drama publicly, joking that she would only start "outing her business" if pushed too far, before quickly calming the tone and praising him as "a lovely guy." "He's a lovely guy, it is what it is. There is no bad blood though," she said. "We're at very different stages wanting different things."

Belle and Harrison's romance was one of the most talked-about storylines from Love Island All Stars, with viewers closely following their connection both in the villa and after filming wrapped. While the relationship didn't last, Belle appears keen to leave any bitterness behind.

Embracing Independence

Since returning to normal life, she has been embracing her independence and enjoying a more carefree lifestyle, admitting she is torn between settling down and living out her "hot girl summer" era. Belle wowed at O Beach in SHEIN twice over the past week, wearing a glam cream look on June 2 and a patterned bikini from SHEIN on June 3.
