The gala, held at the Frederick P. Rose Hall at Lincoln Center, was hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser. During the evening, Glaser took a swipe at Beckham's facial expressions, pleading with her to smile. 'What's it gonna take to get you to smile? I mean, really, please, smile!
