Annie Kilner has offered her followers a glimpse into her 'busy month' as she gears up to welcome her fifth child. The 33-year-old WAG, who shares four sons with footballer Kyle Walker, 35, posted a gallery of family outings, including celebrations for their youngest son Rezon's second birthday.
Annie and Kyle are reportedly stronger than ever as they prepare to expand their family later this year, having shared the surprise pregnancy news with loved ones over Christmas. In her social media post, Annie shared snaps of her family, including Kyle enjoying a beach walk with one of their sons and indulging in a pie while watching a Manchester City match. She captioned the post: 'It’s been a busy month.'
The couple have informed their sons—Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, Reign, five, and Rezon—that their new sibling will arrive in the summer. The baby's name will also begin with an R, though no final decision has been made. In February, Annie announced she is expecting a girl, adding to their brood of four boys. She wrote: 'We're delighted to be expecting our baby girl. I won't be entertaining speculation or drama around such a personal, private and happy moment for me and my family!'
According to the Daily Mail's Katie Hind, Annie is due to give birth in June. Kyle also shares two children—son Kairo, five, and daughter Kinara, two—with Lauryn Goodman, with whom he had brief flings during rough patches in his marriage. Childhood sweethearts Kyle and Annie married in 2021, but their relationship hit difficulties in January 2024 after it emerged that he was the father of Kinara. Lauryn controversially messaged Annie on Boxing Day 2023 to reveal her second pregnancy with Kyle, who had previously fathered Kairo during a brief break-up with Annie.
The baby news signals that the couple have moved past their high-profile marital problems, having been on the brink of divorce following Kyle's romance and child with Lauryn. News that Annie is expecting a girl is likely to surprise Lauryn, who has two children with the former Manchester City defender, including his only daughter. A source told the Daily Mail that Annie desperately wanted a baby to 'complete' their family and strengthen their marriage. The insider added: 'Kyle came back from Italy last year and since then Annie made it clear to him that she wanted her boys to have another baby sibling. She believes that a baby will help put all their troubles behind them.'
Their family and close friends were shocked by the news, as some issues remain between the couple. The source noted: 'It's a bit risky because sometimes, a new baby can add more pressure to a marriage. But everybody is very happy for them and doing all they can to support Annie.' Kyle fled to Italy last year to spend the second half of the season with AC Milan, aiming to escape the saga surrounding himself and Lauryn. He joined the Serie A giants but failed to secure a permanent move, returning to the UK to join Premier League newcomers Burnley. Playing in the North-West allowed Kyle to return to his lavish Cheshire mansion with Annie and their four boys, rekindling their relationship.
Lauryn has been accused of stoking her rift with Annie and Kyle on social media to keep the issue in the public eye. The source revealed: 'Annie and her close friends and family are bracing themselves for how Lauryn might respond to this. But given how she's conducted herself in the past, we fear that she's not going to like it and it could get messy.' In 2024, Lauryn lost her court battle with Kyle over child maintenance. Judge Edward Hess slammed her for 'insatiable greed,' claiming she attempted to use the defender, who earns around £160,000 per week, as an 'open ended cheque book' and 'repeatedly threatened him in order to get what she wanted.' Her demands included a £31,000 AstroTurf, £30,000 for air conditioning, a £70,000 car allowance every three years, a car for the nanny, and £150,000 annual child maintenance. The judge also criticised Lauryn for her Boxing Day message to Annie, stating: 'This was intended to, and did, cause distress to the father's wife (Annie). I do not accept the mother's explanation that this text message was sent in an attempt to create a good working relationship between the two women in the father's life.'
