Amanda Holden, 55, looked sensational as she lounged on an inflatable sunbed in a skimpy blue bikini, sipping an aperol spritz while shooting a new advert for dog food company Barking and Meowing Heads.
The Britain's Got Talent judge was joined by her pups Rudie, Minnie and Dolly, who hopped onto the inflatable with the mum-of-three. She accessorised with stylish shades and showed off her killer figure in snaps posted to Instagram.
Summer survival essentials
In the caption, Amanda plugged the brand, writing: "Extra water bowls (and a cheeky spritz for me!), a splash pad, and adding @barkingandmeowingheads wet food to their dinners for extra hydration are our go to summer survival essentials.
"It helps that they’re barking mad for it! And I love knowing it’s great food doing great things. [heart emoji] STAY HYDRATED EVERYONE."
Fitness and lifestyle
Amanda has revealed she runs regularly, does yoga, and follows the "Viking Method" to stay in shape, which involves squat thrusts, boxing, bunny hops, jumps and crawls. However, she insists she isn't too strict and still enjoys food and drink.
She told The Times in 2023: "I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love a drink. But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don’t do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity."
Relationship secrets
Amanda has also shared that humour is key to her marriage with husband Chris, helping them through tough times. She told MailOnline: "Chris and I have always been able to find humour in the darkness. He doesn't dwell on drama. Sometimes people don't get his humour and I'll say to him, 'Leave the room, you're not reading it very well'."
She added that Chris sometimes chases her around the house "like Benny Hill" and they enjoy date nights. Amanda explained: "There's no wokery in our house. We don't hold anything back, and we have strong opinions. We try to have a date night every Thursday when we go to the theatre or have dinner, or we lock the door and watch Netflix and the kids just have to do their own thing."
