Alex Scott has revealed she “never knew happiness” before her relationship with pop star Jess Glynne, during a candid conversation on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!. The former footballer, who has been with Glynne for over two years, shared the details with campmates Ruby Wax and Shona McGarty.
Scott recounted how the pair met: “She approached me in Chiltern Firehouse… I was in there with my friends and she just walked up to me… (it was) really ballsy and I was like, I like your ballsiness, and then the spark was just instant and then yeah… we fell madly in love.” When Wax asked about marriage, Scott playfully replied, “I will get married to her, just waiting for her to ask, Rubes!”
Later, during a dark room challenge, campmates won a photo from home for each contestant. Scott’s picture featured Glynne alongside her mother. Meanwhile, rapper Aitch faced the “Jungle Doomsday” trial, handling snakes and singing Ant & Dec’s “Let’s Get Ready to Rhumble” to win meals. He secured seven out of ten stars.
