  • 210g margarine
  • 100g light brown sugar
  • 110g caster sugar
  • Three medium ripe bananas
  • One tsp vanilla extract
  • Three large eggs
  • 210g self raising flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  2. Add the sugar, vanilla, eggs, and margarine. Beat until combined.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder, then combine.
  4. Stir through the chopped chocolate.
  5. Line a 2lb loaf tin with parchment and add the batter.
  6. Bake in the air fryer at 150°C for 60 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool before slicing and serving.
