Tommy Fury is reportedly preparing to reveal the name of his newborn son in an extraordinary way during his boxing match against Eddie Hall. The 27-year-old boxer plans to have the name stitched into his shorts for the pay-per-view event on Saturday in Manchester.
Sweet Tribute to His New Son
Tommy and Molly-Mae Hague have shared several photos of their growing family online but have kept the baby's name a secret. Now, a source claims the couple feels the fight night is the perfect moment to officially announce the name. The idea came from Tommy, and Molly is fully on board.
A source told The Sun: "Now the little fella is here it's a no-brainer — what better way to announce his name than on his dad's boxing shorts. Molly is now obsessed with it — she's hoping to be there. They're working out the walk outs at the minute because that's when it will be revealed, with music and blue fireworks — it will be cool."
Molly-Mae's Heartfelt Update
While Tommy focuses on the fight, Molly-Mae has been at home with their two children. She shared an adorable photo of her son sleeping on a blue blanket, thanking him for healing her "newborn fears." She wrote: "Thank you for healing so many of my newborn fears little one. The peace and happiness I feel this time around is something I wished for but didn't know would come."
She added: "The difference compared to this stage with Bambi is indescribable." Tommy and Molly announced the arrival of their son last week with a black-and-white photo captioned "and then there were 4." The post received nearly 3 million likes and thousands of comments from fans and friends.
Fans Speculated on Gender
Fans had speculated about the baby's gender after spotting a folded blue blanket in a recent YouTube video. Molly-Mae previously opened up about becoming a mother at a young age, saying: "I felt like I'd lived so much life by 23, I felt really ready for a new chapter. Tommy and I were in an incredible place and to have something that was half him, half me, just felt really special. I've never had any regrets about starting a family young."
She added: "But if I could go back and maybe go again, would I have waited a few more years? Potentially. I would love more days to just sit and do absolutely nothing. They were great for my mental health." The couple met on Love Island in 2019 and, despite a brief split in 2024, now appear stronger than ever.
