Road Closures for Teddy Swims Concert
Grammy-nominated singer Teddy Swims will perform at Blackweir Live in Cardiff on Friday, June 26, 2026, following The Cure's concert on June 24. The American singer, known for hits like Lose Control, Guilty, and The Door, will be joined by his band Freak Freely, blending R&B, soul, and pop. Teddy rose to fame through YouTube covers before achieving chart success and sell-out tours worldwide.
Blackweir, a collaboration between DEPOT Live and promoters Cuffe and Taylor, has quickly become Cardiff's premier live music venue since opening last year. Nick Saunders, founder of DEPOT Live, said: "This is another huge headline show for Blackweir and Cardiff. Teddy Swims is an absolute vocal powerhouse who has enjoyed an incredible rise to success so we are thrilled to be adding him to our line up for 2026. What a glorious summer we are going to have in Cardiff!"
