Strictly Come Dancing's annual Movie Week has arrived early as the theme for week two of the 2026 series. All 15 couples will take to the ballroom for the second time tonight (Saturday, October 3) to perform movie-inspired routines, ahead of the first elimination of the series.
Hosts and Judges Return
Hosts Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe will also be back on hosting duties, alongside judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke, and Craig Revel Horwood.
Last week, John Nellis and Katya Jones topped the leaderboard with 31 points, closely followed by Delta Goodrem and Kai Widdrington with 29 points. Melanie Walters, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Sarah Storey found themselves at the other end of the scoring, with each of them earning 15 points from the judges.
Tonight's Start Time and Schedule
Strictly Come Dancing's anticipated Movie Week will begin at 6.15pm on Saturday, October 3, and will last 2 hours and 35 minutes, ending at 8.50pm. Voting will then open ahead of the first elimination. The live show will also see the pros dance a Zootropolis-themed routine to Shakira's Try Everything and Zoo.
The first results show of the series will air at 7.10pm on Sunday, October 4, lasting 50 minutes. The two lowest-scoring couples from Movie Week will go head-to-head in the first dance-off. That's not all, as the professionals will also perform a routine inspired by the film of the summer, The Devil Wears Prada.
