Delta Goodrem was absent from Strictly Come Dancing's Icons Week after suffering a rib injury, leaving the top of the leaderboard open for fellow contestants. Lacey Turner and Vito Coppola seized the opportunity, finishing the night at the summit with 38 points for their American Smooth to Adele's Hometown Glory.
The live show, hosted by Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe, saw celebrities pay tribute to some of the most influential music artists of all time. Panellists Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke delivered their scores before the public vote opened.
Delta Goodrem's automatic pass
As a result of her injury, Delta Goodrem and her professional partner Kai Widdrington received automatic progression to the following live episode, assuming the vocalist can return to action. The BBC had revealed the musical selections and routines for each participant before the broadcast.
Shaun Wright-Phillips and Alexis Warr, who found themselves in the dance-off last week, performed a James Brown medley for their Couples' Choice, while Dame Sarah Storey and Julian Caillon executed a Tango to Shania Twain's That Don't Impress Me Much. Cach Mercer and Maddie Ingoldsby paid tribute to Frank Sinatra with a Foxtrot to the New York, New York theme.

Will Best and Dianne Buswell channelled Elton John with a Jive to Crocodile Rock, while John Nellis and Katya Jones tackled a Paso Doble to Bon Jovi's It's My Life. Dani Dyer and Nikita Kuzmin performed a Rumba to Hero by Mariah Carey.
Bethany Antonia and Nancy Xu delivered a Cha Cha to Aretha Franklin's Respect, and Jaime Winstone and Carlos Gu executed a Paso Doble to Let's Dance by David Bowie. Lawrence Robb channelled Ricky Martin, while Graeme Hall performed a Salsa.
