Snow Show London Returns to Olympia for 50th Anniversary

Snow Show London returns to Olympia London on 17th and 18th October, marking 50 years of snowsports with a forward-looking programme of new stages, interactive experiences and expert-led sessions. The event, themed “Your Winter Starts Here,” aims to help visitors get more from their winter, with appearances from world-class athletes and speakers, insights into global ski destinations, the latest equipment and clothing, expert instruction, fitness and mindset advice, climate action discussions and the new Crystal Ski Simulator.

Star-Studded Line-Up and New Theatres

Among the inspirational names appearing will be Chemmy Alcott, Dave Ryding, Jenny Jones, Charlotte Bankes, Molly Butler, Matt Weston and Warren Smith, bringing together Olympic and World Championship talent and elite coaching expertise.

New for 2026 is the Destinations Theatre, where visitors can hear directly from people who live and work in mountain resorts around the world. Alongside it, the CARV Equipment & Instruction Theatre will feature expert advice on equipment, technology, technique and getting more from every day on snow. The new Fitness & Mindset Theatre will focus on preparing both body and mind for the mountains, with expert speakers including Team GB physiotherapists, while the Climate Action Stage with Protect Our Winters UK will explore sustainability, climate and the future of the mountain environment.

Interactive Experiences and New Destinations

Visitors will also be able to get onto the virtual slopes with the new Crystal Ski Simulator, discover the latest equipment and technology in the Fall-Line Gear Zone and see the latest winter looks at the Fashion Show sponsored by Snow + Rock. Notable new destinations exhibiting include Azerbaijan and Georgia, alongside returning favourites from Italy, Austria, France and Norway Home of Skiing.

To celebrate the show’s 50th anniversary, organisers are giving away 50 prizes for 50 years, with more than £10,000 worth of prizes ranging from skis and snowsports equipment to holidays, experiences and even an original painting.

Organiser’s Vision for the Anniversary

“Fifty years is an incredible milestone, but we wanted this year’s show to be about much more than looking back,” says James Gambrill, Snow Show London’s organiser. “The Snow Show has always been about bringing people together around a shared love of the mountains, and this year we’re combining that heritage with lots of genuinely new content. Whether you want to discover somewhere new to ski, improve your technique, find the right equipment, get fitter for the mountains or simply spend a day surrounded by people who love winter as much as you do, there will be something here for you. Ultimately, we want people to leave Olympia excited about the season ahead — because your winter really does start here.”
