Ryan Thomas joked that Adam Thomas "ruined" the I'm a Celebrity final on ITV after the drama between himself, David Haye, and Jimmy Bullard dominated headlines.
Adam Thomas quickly became a fan favourite during his time on this year's I'm a Celebrity South Africa, particularly as his friendship with Gemma Collins blossomed.
Although he went on to win the series, it wasn't without its drama. Former boxer David Haye was criticised during his time on the ITV show for comments he made towards Adam.
Since then, David made various other comments, labelling the actor as "soft" or "weak." Adam opened up about feeling bullied, but things exploded during the live final.
During the final, Jimmy Bullard stated he had been determined to explain what really happened during filming, claiming Adam dropped "c-bombs" which were not aired. Adam responded by saying he took "full responsibility" for his actions, apologised, and said he has "nothing but love for Jimmy."
David Haye, who faced his own controversy with Adam, interrupted the exchange and said: "You've got a funny way of showing it," before Dec stepped in and reminded the sportsman he "wasn't there" when Adam and Jimmy's row unfolded. Although Adam won the series, he looked downcast as he received the title of ultimate legend.
In the aftermath, David continued to make remarks at Adam's expense, even releasing a remix focused on his saying "It's just banter."
On a podcast with brothers Ryan and Scott, Adam laughed as Ryan quipped that he had "ruined" the final. Ryan joked: "When you came out there, you were in big turmoil," as Adam continued: "You know when you come out and they go, we're gonna show you the best bits, watching it all back?"
Ryan couldn't hold back his laughter as he responded: "You didn't have any! You ruined that final! They won't even do on next year," with Adam then laughing and adding his best bits would be him "crying all the time."
His brothers showed their support throughout Adam's time in the jungle, as Ryan previously commented: "I watched as well, like there's a lot of complaints about, 'Oh, they didn't show the whole version.' Well, if I'm honest, they didn't show the whole version of Adam's journey. You know what I mean? Like, there's loads of stuff that didn't make the edit that you know that makes Adam accountable for the way he's reacting. It is what it is. You don't see him sitting here saying, 'Oh, they didn't show that. Didn't show this.' It's like, we know what we're getting ourselves into. We know he's in a TV show, but we also know that he's a good guy!"
