Laura Gregory, the wife of UFC lightweight Paddy Pimblett, captivated her Instagram followers with a series of bikini photos posted after Pimblett's rapid victory at UFC 329. The images, shared with her 192,000 followers, showed the couple relaxing by a pool, with Gregory wearing a tiny bikini that showcased her toned and tanned physique as she cuddled up to Pimblett. The post was captioned with a love heart emoji.
Fans React to the 'Power Couple'
Fans quickly flooded the comments section, with one user dubbing them “The Power Couple.” Another wrote: “You look unbelievable,” while a third called her “Unrealllllllll.” A fourth commenter said: “Laura’s the real badddieeeee.” One fan noted: “The fact she's had twins too and still looks incredible,” and another added: “Wow GIRL what a Body!” A seventh quipped: “Paddy and the Baddy.”
Pimblett's UFC 329 Triumph
The celebratory mood follows Pimblett's stunning 52-second submission win over Benoit Saint-Denis in the co-main event of UFC 329, which also featured Conor McGregor's comeback ending in a defeat to Max Holloway. The Scouser bounced back from his only UFC loss against Justin Gaethje in January, putting himself back in title contention. Gregory was seen ringside congratulating and embracing him after the fight.
Their Relationship Journey
The couple, both from Liverpool, have been together since their teenage years. They got engaged during a trip to Thailand in early 2020 and married in May 2023 at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire. Just months after the wedding, they announced they were expecting twin girls, who were born in April 2024. However, Gregory revealed in a rare interview on the Tea Time with Livvy podcast that their relationship has had its challenges: "God, we've split up more times than I count. He went through a phase where, just one of them, he went off the rails."
Handling Public Scrutiny
During the same podcast appearance, Gregory discussed the difficulties of having their relationship in the public eye. She outlined her strategy for handling scrutiny, acknowledging that not every partner could cope with such a demanding lifestyle. "For me, I feel like this life can make you unhappy," she explained. "I have shut so many people off from my life because I just don't trust no one. I don't need that many people in my life. I've got exactly who I need and that is fine with me."
