Meghan Markle is reportedly taking up a new hobby near her new UK home in the Cotswolds. Insiders have said that the 45-year-old had been attending reformer Pilates sessions inside a “Wellness Barn” at a posh private club after moving back to the UK last month with Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five.
New routine after stressful weeks
She recently came under some stress after her number was leaked from a mum's WhatsApp group at her children's school. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also withdrew their children from their first school due to stress over their security during travel and at the school, with the young royals now enrolled in a new school.
A source said of the classes at the Soho Farmhouse club in Oxfordshire: “Meghan absolutely loves reformer pilates. It’s a great way for her to unwind as well as make new friends in the area. Meghan has become a regular at the classes inside the Wellness Barn and she’s chatty and polite. Everyone in the classes gives her space. It’s a very tranquil setting and no one wants to disturb her peace.”

Reformer Pilates is said to “lower stress,” “sharpen your mind,” build whole-body strength, and improve posture. Membership for Soho Farmhouse, a mainstay among A-list stars, is £4,500 a year and includes access to over 50 clubs worldwide.
Meghan has been seen in Pilates poses in previous pictures posted online. The royal has also been seen spending time at a pub in Oxfordshire that was featured in a popular TV show.
Local outings and welcome
As reported by HELLO, Meghan was recently spotted in the Falkland Arms in Great Tew, which featured in MobLand. The publication reported: "Despite only being official residents of the Cotswolds for a matter of weeks, the Duke and Duchess were quick to welcome friends from the US into their new world and were photographed enjoying a fish and chip lunch at the Falkland Arms in Great Tew..."
