Strictly Come Dancing's longest-serving female professional Katya Jones was caught on camera sharing her thoughts about one of her co-stars during the first live show of the series on Saturday September 26.
The 37-year-old, who is paired with Northern Irish social media personality and YouTuber John Nellis, was watching Emmerdale actor Lawrence Robb and his pro-partner Jowita Przystał perform a Paso Doble to Aperture by Harry Styles. Unbeknownst to her, the camera cut to her as she turned to new professional Aleksandra Isaeva and described the actor as "fit".

The brief moment did not go unnoticed by viewers, who took to social media to comment on it. "Haha Katya mouthing 'fit' after Lawrences dance," one laughed. "Did Katya just mouth 'fit'?" another asked. A third stunned viewer chimed in: "Did Katya say 'fit' after Lawrence's dance." Meanwhile, a fourth observer speculated: "She's got no chance. Jowita fancies the pants off him."
Leaderboard results
It was a good night for Katya and John as they topped the leaderboard following a foxtrot to Alex Warren's "Ordinary", scoring a commanding 31 points out of 40. Lawrence and Jowita trailed well behind them with 20 points, with the judges praising his intensity and moody facial expressions, though they noted some issues with his technique and posture.
At the other end of the leaderboard there was a three-way tie with Melanie Walters and Aljaž Škorjanec, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Alexis Warr, and Dame Sarah Storey and Julian Caillon, all scoring 15 points. The judges were quite strict on opening night, handing out several 2s and 3s for the debut routines.
Dani Dyer-Bowen's debut
Meanwhile, Dani Dyer-Bowen finally made her show debut having been forced to withdraw last year after fracturing her ankle in rehearsals. Her proud dad, EastEnders star Danny Dyer, looked on as she and partner Nikita Kuzmin scored a respectable 22 points for their Samba to Lush Life by Zara Larsson. To avoid a repeat of last year's heartbreak, the duo revealed they are taking extreme safety precautions this time around, including heavily strapping her feet and ankles during training.
No couples were eliminated as the opening show did not feature a public vote, with their marks carried forward to next Saturday for movie week.
