Elizabeth Hurley, 60, left fans swooning following her appearance on ITV's This Morning on October 7. The actress discussed her work with Breast Cancer Research during the show, but it was her ageless appearance that distracted viewers.
Fans react to Hurley's ageless look
Taking to hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, Liz discussed her long-standing campaigning for breast cancer research, a cause she has supported since her grandmother lost her life to the disease.
Viewers took to social media to praise the star. One person said: "I do like Liz Hurley, she's so effortlessly classy." Someone else added: "She looks so young still." A third chimed in: "What a great guest, looking good too."
Remembering the Versace safety pin dress
During the interview, Liz also spoke about her most famous outfit - the Versace "safety pin dress" she wore at the Four Weddings and a Funeral premiere in 1994.
"Well, I was nearly 30, so I actually wasn't a baby, but you know, it made a lot of difference in my life, actually, I can see more so. So, I mean, it's pretty amazing to me that people remember it and refer to it," Liz said.
She added: "It's fashion, but fashion means something to some people so I get it." Liz was then asked if, when she saw the frock on the rail, she could have imagined the impact it would have.
Hurley reflects on the iconic gown
Liz said: "I really didn't. It was the first thing I never borrowed. We didn't even have a full-length mirror in our flat, I didn't actually see it until it was in the papers the next day."
She wore the now iconic gown, which was held together with gold safety pins, to the Los Angeles premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral with her boyfriend at the time Hugh Grant in 1994. The plunging number featured a daring thigh-high split at the side.
This Morning airs Monday to Friday at 10am on ITV1 and ITVX.
