The BBC medical drama Casualty has released an extended trailer for its 40th anniversary special, prompting fans to speculate about a possible character death. The trailer depicts a massive explosion at St James' Hospital that throws Holby into chaos, with numerous civilians injured and rushed into the hospital for treatment.
