Barton Live, a new summer live music series, takes place from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 July 2026 at Barton Aerodrome in Eccles, Greater Manchester. The series features four consecutive open-air shows with a capacity of 5,000 each, including three headline concerts and a full one-day festival.
Headliners and Full Lineup
Thursday 2 July is headlined by David Gray on his Past & Present Tour. Friday 3 July features iconic electronic act Faithless (Live), joined by acid house pioneers 808 State and trance legend Chicane. Saturday 4 July sees Craig David Presents TS5 with UK garage pioneers DJ Luck & MC Neat, Kiss FM mainstay DJ Spoony, and Patrick Nazemi. Sunday 5 July is Electric Heart festival, featuring The Fratellis, Scouting For Girls, The Feeling, The Hoosiers, Toploader, and Dodgy.

No re-entry is permitted once you leave the festival site.
Bag Policy
Small bags up to A4 size (30cm x 21cm x 15cm) are allowed, including small handbags, bum bags, and clear bags of equivalent size. Duffel bags, rucksacks, suitcases, and anything larger than A4 are not permitted. All bags are searched; oversized bags will be refused entry.
Permitted and Banned Items
Permitted items include camping chairs (only with evidence of need, restricted to designated areas), sealed water bottles up to 500ml (no metal bottles), medication (must match ID and prescription), blankets, phone power banks, and non-aerosol sunscreen. Banned items include alcohol, illegal drugs, nitrous oxide, liquids (except sealed water), metal bottles, glass bottles/jars, weapons, aerosols over 100ml, umbrellas with pointed ends, perfume/aftershave, food, pyros/flares/fireworks/smoke bombs, laser pens, professional cameras (detachable lenses, tripods, rigs), audio recording equipment, drones, personal vehicles (bikes, scooters, hoverboards, skateboards), marketing materials, high-visibility clothing (non-staff), large bags, camping equipment, and animals (registered assistance dogs only, email in advance).
Travel and Parking
By train: Nearest station is Irlam, approximately 48 minutes from Manchester Oxford Road, then take Bus 67 to Barton Aerodrome. By bus: Bus 67 stops at Liverpool Road and Barton Aerodrome. Taxis and drop-offs: Designated zone on Liverpool Road (What3Words: justifies.awoke.unafraid). On-site car parking is available on grass (What3Words: stiff.lions.neatly). Parking tickets can be bought in advance via the Barton Live website. No overnight parking; vehicles left after hours may be towed. Vehicles are parked at owner's risk. Do not park in residential areas.
