Survey reveals hair type misunderstanding
A survey by Merwave of 1,392 women found that 47% did not realise their hair was actually wavy. The brand says signs of natural waves include hair that is wavy when wet but dries straight, heat styling that never lasts, uncontrollable frizz, hair that never looks finished, and ends that puff up or flick out.
The Merwave Wavy Hair Starter Kit includes a Cleanse Shampoo, Repair Conditioner, Wave Cream, Cast Foam, and Protect Gel, working out at £13 per product. It aims to reduce frizz, enhance natural wave definition, and increase volume, helping users reduce reliance on heat styling.
