Tom Holland and Zendaya have celebrated their marriage for a second time with a lavish countryside ceremony, taking extreme measures to keep it private. The couple, who met on the set of Marvel's Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016, got engaged in December 2024 and confirmed their marriage in June this year.
Second wedding at Beaverbrook Hotel
This week, the A-list couple hosted another round of celebrations at Surrey's Beaverbrook Hotel, located 11 miles from Kingston-upon-Thames, Tom's hometown. They rented out the entire Victorian estate for a private £500,000 vow exchange, according to The Sun. The venue spans 370 acres, holds a five-star rating, and has hosted numerous powerful figures.
Guests staying in the 56 rooms and suites or dining at the on-site Japanese restaurant were not allowed to bring their phones. 'Tom and Zendaya went to great lengths to stop any information or pictures getting out, so neither guests nor staff were allowed their mobiles,' a source said.
AI images and speculation
Earlier this year, Zendaya's stylist Law Roach sparked frenzy when he claimed on a red carpet: 'The wedding has already happened. You missed it.' Soon after, AI-generated images of Zendaya's dress circulated on social media, convincing many they knew what she wore.
The fake images prompted Tom to comment while speaking to Esquire UK. Asked if he felt the need to address the AI snaps with family, he replied: 'No, because they were all there… That's all you'll get on that.' He added that he is now the 'happiest I've ever been'.
