Pride Cymru 2026: Thousands Join Colourful Parade in Cardiff
Pride Cymru 2026: Thousands Join Huge Parade in Cardiff

Pride Cymru returns to the Welsh capital this weekend for Wales' biggest celebration of equality and diversity. Last night, Friday, June 12, Mika kicked off the festivities with a live performance at Cardiff Castle, where he performed iconic hits like Lollipop, Grace Kelly and Love Today, and at one point even entered the crowd to dance with the audience.

On Saturday crowds will be heading to Cardiff ready for another exciting day of Pride celebrations, starting with the annual parade which kicks off at 11am on Westgate Street. The Pride Cymru parade is often the highlight of the year for many members of the LGBT+ community and allies across Wales. It brings together different performers, businesses, brands and individuals who want to celebrate together and paint Cardiff in all colours of the rainbow.

Following the parade there will be stalls, vendors and live performances in Cardiff Castle before an exciting evening of headline acts. Taking to the main stage tonight are Foundations singer Kate Nash, Eternal star Louise, 00s legends Ultrabeat and plenty more.
