Katie Price has sparked concern after sharing a heartbreaking post pleading for her mum: "Don't leave me."
It comes after the mum-of-five, 48, confirmed days ago that her mum Amy was "really not well" and is currently in hospital.
Amy Price, 74, was diagnosed with the terminal lung disease idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in 2017. Doctors had warned she had less than five years left when she was first diagnosed.
A Mother's Plea
Taking to her Insta Stories late last night, Katie wrote: "Mum, please don't leave me please find the strength to stay with me longer on this earth. You're my EVERYTHING and you know I've turned everything around and you're so proud of me."
"Your eyes, my eyes, my voice, my strength, my abasolute everything. You're a warrior and I'm your baby girl always and you love me through everything and held my hand. I can't lose you, not now, not EVER. I've NEVER loved anyone as much as you, you're my whole world."
In another post, she shared a clip of her mum and wrote: "A real mother that I've been blessed to have loved and guide me through life. There are no words to how much I love you mum. I will continue to make you proud and carry your love. You are my inspiration and I'm forever blessed. You are my mother in this world and beyond. Forever loving you."
Family Care Plans
Last month, Katie said that she may need to buy a new home to help look after her mum. Katie's mum currently lives on the Isle of Wight, while the former glamour model lives in a four-bedroom mansion in Sussex.
Speaking on her podcast, the Katie Price Show, she said: "I said if there was like a little, I'm still having my house here.
"But I said if there were stables or something in the Isle of Wight, like a one-bedroom or two-bedroom, just little place for stables."
"Then I could do both. Have a little lookie look. No, I'm not moving to the Isle of Wight but I'd get a place there."
Katie conceded the situation with her mum is "hard", while her sister Sophie, who she co-hosts the podcast with, said "then we could all help with mum, basically".
Katie continued: "We can all be the carer for mother because I think she needs help now and Paul needs help and it's not fair from Stuart on his own.
"So we're all taking it in turns. We've all decided as a family we've got to take it in turns. But that's what families do. You all looked after me when I needed it. And now mum needs looking after in a different way."
