Metro can exclusively reveal that Gemma Bissix is set to reprise her role as Clare Devine for HorrorOaks, a scary on-set experience at the Hollyoaks village. The event, organised by Lime Pictures, follows the success of recent set tours and will transform the village into a grim, spooky setting with low-light effects, fog and chilling soundscapes.
Return of deceased characters
The ghoulish extravaganza includes a terrifying hour-long tour and features the return of deceased characters as former cast members reprise their roles. Grace Black star Tamara Wall, whose character met a tragic end last year, will also be back for the event, alongside her on-screen sister Clare Devine.
Clare, who made a historic return from the dead last year despite having seemingly died over a decade earlier, was revealed as the leader behind the exploitation of local teens. She claimed to have cancer and teamed up with serial killer Jez, who drove a plane into the village during the show's 40th anniversary.

HorrorOaks takes place on Saturday, 31st October 2026, with operational hours from 16:00 to 11:00 and tours running throughout the evening. Each group tour lasts one hour. Tickets are available on the official website, with disclaimers noting the tours may not be suitable for everyone.
Clare vanished after being apprehended but escaped from prison and killed granddad Froggy (John Middleton) before being pushed from a pier by nemesis Sienna Blake (Anna Passey). Her body was never found. Fans can see her in real life at the HorrorOaks event on October 31.
