A-Level Results Day 2026 Freebies and Discounts at UK Restaurants
A-Level Results Day 2026: Freebies and Discounts at Restaurants

A-Level results day 2026 takes place on Thursday, August 13, and thousands of students across the country will learn their grades. Many cafes and restaurants, including Nando's, Frankie & Benny's and Slim Chickens, are offering freebies and discounts to mark the occasion.

Restaurants and cafes may require proof of grades, so students should bring their official results. Some venues may also ask test questions.

Restaurant Offers on Results Day

Ask Italian is offering a free main meal to A-Level students on Thursday, with a twist. Students must bring their official results and a parental figure, who will be asked an exam-style question. If the parent answers correctly, the student gets a free main meal. If not, the restaurant offers a complimentary glass of fizz or a non-alcoholic alternative.

Bills is offering a free dessert to A-Level students who show their 2026 results.

More Deals and How to Claim

Frankie & Benny's will give all A-Level students a free starter and dessert with every main meal on results day. Students need to visit the results day page on the restaurant's website, fill out a form to get a unique code, and bring their results to the restaurant.

Kargo MKT in Salford will give the first 50 A-Level students a free spritz after showing their results at the bar.

Las Iguanas is offering a free starter and dessert with a main meal purchase. Students must sign up via the restaurant's results day page for a unique code and show their results in-store.

Nando's is offering a free 1/4 Chicken or starter to students who show their results and student ID at the till, with a minimum spend of £7.

Slim Chickens' Campaign

Slim Chickens is giving A-Level students three free chicken tenders and a dipping sauce. Students must show their results and a valid code in the app.

Tom Patrick, Marketing Director at Slim Chickens UK, said: "Results Day is a massive moment. For some people it’s a day of celebration, for others it might not quite go to plan – but either way, we think everyone deserves some free chicken. This is our biggest targeted student campaign to date, and rather than lead with a discount, we wanted to put the product we’re most famous for directly into students’ hands."
