Astrologer Jessica Adams, who claims to predict future events through celestial movements, has forecast that the world map will be redrawn in 2026. Adams, who previously predicted Donald Trump's 2016 election victory and the Covid-19 pandemic, says territorial battles driven by conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza will lead to dramatic border changes.
In a prediction revealed to The Sun in December 2025, Adams said: "We are going to see the world map redrawn very suddenly." She identified Ukraine, Gaza and neighbouring regions as flashpoints, adding that the alterations would happen "with a bang" in June 2026. "That map will change, the borders will change, but we might think it's over, and it's not. It goes on changing until 2033," she said.
The forecast comes amid ongoing wars that have already reshaped geopolitical realities. Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, launched on February 24, 2022, has continued for nearly four years, with President Vladimir Putin insisting on retaining four annexed Ukrainian regions—Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia—and demanding that Ukraine abandon its NATO membership aspirations.
In the Middle East, tensions between Israel and Palestinians escalated after Hamas-led attacks on October 7, 2023, prompting major Israeli military operations in Gaza and a severe humanitarian crisis. A ceasefire between Israel and Hamas came into force on October 10, 2025, though it has reportedly been breached by both parties. In early December 2025, Donald Trump announced that phase two of the ceasefire arrangements would soon begin, with plans to reconstruct Gaza under consideration.
Adams maintains that the changes to established borders will be sudden and dramatic, with effects lasting for years. Her warning suggests that the current conflicts may lead to a redrawing of national boundaries that will redefine the geopolitical landscape well beyond 2026.
