Liverpool agree second transfer in hours as Iraola targets N'Guessan

Liverpool have reportedly agreed their second transfer in the space of a few hours as Andoni Iraola looks to add more quality ahead of Tuesday's deadline.

It has been a relatively quiet window for the Reds, who are still trying to make a few signings before the window closes. They are primarily in the market for a new left-winger to replace Mohamed Salah, with Bradley Barcola seemingly their top target. It was reported last week that negotiations were moving swiftly with an expectation of completing the move before the end of the window.

Deals for Brughmans and N'Guessan

Another winger could also arrive at Liverpool, with Ismaila Sarr emerging as a secondary target ahead of Saturday's draw with Nottingham Forest.

However, that isn't the only position Iraola is looking to strengthen. Earlier on Monday, it was reported that a deal had been agreed to sign Genk goalkeeper Lucca Brughmans to the tune of £30million.

Now, according to Fabrizio Romano, that has been followed up by another agreement for the services of Saint-Etienne striker Djylian N'Guessan.
