An 18-year-old man was rushed to hospital with a suspected stab wound after his bike was stolen in Radcliffe on Thursday evening, July 9. The incident occurred on Bury Road at around 7pm, according to Greater Manchester Police.

Details of the Attack

The victim was reportedly thrown off his bike and sustained a suspected knife wound during the attack. A group of males is believed to have been involved, according to the Manchester Evening News. The victim was treated at the scene by emergency services before being taken to hospital.

Police Investigation

Greater Manchester Police confirmed that the victim's bike was later recovered by officers. A small scene was put in place while forensics carried out enquiries on Thursday evening, but the road remained open. An investigation has now been launched into the incident.
