Police are scouring a wooded area in Toryglen, Glasgow, after a man was stabbed on Monday afternoon. Emergency services responded to Crossbank Crescent at approximately 4:55pm on June 29, 2026, following reports of a stabbing.
Victim Hospitalized After Attack
The victim was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. As of now, no details have been released regarding the severity of his injuries.

A bystander told the Record: "I saw officers searching inside the woods and there were police cars parked all over the scheme, with a number of cops walking around. They locked the place down all the way up to Rutherglen and had the police dogs out too. The house at Crossbank Crescent was taped off by police as soon as they arrived in the area."

Emergency services attended and a man has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Officers remain in the area and enquiries to locate those responsible are ongoing. One man has been arrested."
