A man in his 20s has died following a motorcycle crash on the Isle of Dogs.
Crash details
Police were called to Aspen Way, near the junction with Preston's Road, just before 3.30pm on Wednesday after reports of a collision involving a motorcycle.
Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service, London's Air Ambulance, and the London Fire Brigade. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Family support and road closures
The man's family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
The East India Dock Road Tunnel and Aspen Way remain closed while enquiries continue.
