A major fire broke out at a commercial premises on Bury New Road in Salford in the early hours of this morning (August 6).
The blaze tore through the building housing the Marc Darcy suit shop and showroom, with images and videos showing the entire structure engulfed in flames. Huge plumes of smoke billowed across the area overnight.
Firefighters remain on scene
Carl Haslam, a station commander at the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS), shared videos from the blaze and said crews were 'working hard' overnight. Firefighters are still at the scene this morning.
