The family of one of the five young men killed in the A66 wrong-way crash, which also claimed the lives of two police officers, has issued a heartbreaking statement.
A cousin of one of the victims said the family "want answers" following the tragedy on the A66.
Arrests in connection with the crash
Cleveland Police said nine men and three women, aged between 19 and 61, have been arrested by officers investigating the events leading up to the crash.
The arrests come as part of the ongoing investigation into the incident, which saw two police officers also lose their lives.
