A two-year-old boy from London has died following a collision on a major road just days before Christmas, in a tragic incident that has left five others seriously injured.

The fatal crash occurred on the A1 in Cambridgeshire at approximately 6.20pm on Saturday. According to reports, a Toyota Auris, which had broken down, was stationary in a live lane on the northbound carriageway. The vehicle was positioned just past the Stibbington Junction when it was struck by a Volkswagen Touran.
Emergency Response and Hospitalisations
The young toddler, who was inside the Toyota, was pronounced dead at the scene. Five other people travelling in the same car sustained serious injuries in the impact. All five were rushed to Peterborough City Hospital for urgent medical treatment. The condition of those injured and the driver of the Touran remains unclear at this time.
