A prominent senior judge in Israel has been killed in a shocking traffic collision after a vehicle drove off-road and onto a major highway, striking his motorcycle.

Benny Sagi, the president of the Beersheba District Court, died at the scene following the crash on Route 6 in southern Israel. The incident occurred near Kibbutz Kfar Menachem, east of Ashdod.
